My experience at Macdonald & Wood Sotheby's International Realty began as an assistant to the owners, where I learned about the business of real estate through both observation and participation. What I've discovered over the past seventeen years is that the learning in this industry never stops – no two transactions are exactly alike and no market condition indefinitely persists. What does remain the same is the need for trust, the need for effective guidance and successful marketing in today's technology-based industry, and the need for a REALTOR® who will manage every portion of the home-buying or -selling process right through to the day you close on your property.

As a former junior high school math and science teacher, former sales marketing specialist, and as a mother of four daughters, I have professional and personal experience at meeting a wide variety of needs. Duxbury has been my home for the majority of my life, and I have represented buyers, sellers, and renters in my town and in towns throughout the region, learning more about each community with every transaction. The appeal of the South Shore is multifold: though close in proximity to Boston, our region has ponds and pristine beaches, walking trails and well-respected schools, venues for arts and culture, and solid infrastructure throughout.

Through my active involvement in the local, state, and national REALTOR® associations, I am continually increasing my awareness of the trends and issues that affect homeowners. As one of my fellow REALTORS® often says, this business is a series of intense short-term relationships with profound long-term effects, and so I approach my work committed to ensuring my clients receive informed advice in order to make informed decisions. It is a privilege to assist homebuyers, sellers, and renters during these important transitions in their lives, and I look forward to supporting future clients – and past clients continuing on their homeownership journey – throughout the real estate process.
